Affiliate Program

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

Welcome to the Convergent Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation

To join the Convergent Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and operate a professional website, newsletter, or platform that aligns with our mission and values. Convergent reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

1.2 Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review. Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique referral link and access to promotional materials via your affiliate dashboard.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion

As an affiliate, you agree to represent Convergent’s services truthfully and responsibly using only authorized marketing materials. All promotions must comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.

2.2 Code of Conduct

You may not use misleading or unethical tactics—including spam, misrepresentation, or unauthorized brand usage. Violations may result in termination of affiliate status without notice.

2.3 Content Standards

Affiliates must not distribute or link to content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful. Convergent reserves the right to request removal of non-compliant content.

3. Commission & Payment

3.1 Commission Structure

You’ll earn a commission on qualified referrals that result in completed purchases or signed agreements. Commission rates are viewable in your affiliate dashboard and are subject to periodic updates.

3.2 Payment Terms

Commission payouts are made on a monthly basis, provided the minimum threshold is met. Payments are issued via [e.g., ACH, PayPal—insert payment method] as specified in your dashboard.

3.3 Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred client cancels or receives a refund, the associated commission will be reversed. If already paid, the amount will be deducted from your next payout.

4. Termination

4.1 By Convergent

We may terminate your affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause. You must immediately discontinue use of our materials and remove all affiliate links upon termination.

4.2 By You

You may leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing. Any accrued earnings will be paid per the standard payout cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Convergent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to you over the prior six months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

7. Changes to These Terms

Convergent reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted via the affiliate dashboard or communicated via email. Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
