We are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and technology services tailored to the needs of retirement and financial services firms. This Purchase and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to ordering, payment, and potential refunds.

1. Purchases

1.1 Service Orders

When engaging Convergent for services, a formal Service Order is required via our website or direct engagement with our team. By submitting a Service Order, you agree to provide accurate information and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

1.2 Payment Terms

You can tell me that the payment is due in full upon purchase unless you agree in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other authorized payment methods. Custom terms may apply depending on your selected service engagement.

1.3 Pricing

All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated anytime. Pricing adjustments do not affect service orders that have already been confirmed.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

Because our services are highly customized, refunds are generally not available. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if the service has not started.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If expectations are unmet, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution or a possible credit.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services that have already commenced or been delivered

  • Third-party fees incurred on your behalf

  • Custom development, design, or implementation of bespoke solutions

2.3 Requesting a Refund

If you would like a refund, please email info@beconvergent.com with your Service Order details and reason. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

3.1 Service Modifications

If you need to adjust a Service Order, contact us promptly. We’ll try to accommodate changes, though they may affect cost or delivery timelines.

3.2 Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Fees may apply depending on service stage. Services already initiated are not eligible for cancellation.
